Current Regulations

Health & Safety

Hygiene, health and space regulations are very demanding for all re-entries as the state has ordered the school to abide by the Ministry’s emphasis on health and safety during this period of emergency care. Adhering to these regulations places real space restrictions on the amount of students who can re-enter our buildings on either campus.
Even so, ISS supports Baden Württemberg’s intent to eventually re-open schools further and we are therefore carefully allocating space to allow for further grade level staggered re-entry as the authorities allow. This includes guided and segregated entries and exits, clearly marked directions on floors, distance markings on floors, mask policies and provision as needed, and plenty of soap, disinfectant and rigorous cleaning practices throughout both campuses.  Students and staff will be regularly trained on hand washing, and other required regulations for distancing and our learning experiences will be blended to allow for scheduled learning in person and of course, through our distance learning program.
